Dr. Al-Qudah has worked as chief legal officer at Abdul Latif Jameel Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia a company with multiple activities in automobiles, trade, investment, energy, financial services, and others, with a presence in more than 15 countries worldwide.

Dr. Al-Qudah has also served as a legal advisor to the Prime Minister of Jordan and to the Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding the Free Trade Agreement and matters related to intellectual property.

Dr. Al-Qudah participated in a comprehensive review of legislation in Jordan to create more efficient government operations and administration. He has also worked as a legal advisor and director of the legal department at the Jordan Investment (Currently Ministry of Investment) in Jordan. Additionally, he served as a university professor at the Hashemite University, the University of Jordan, and the German-Jordanian University. He possesses over 28 years of experience in the legal industry in Jordan and the Middle East across various legal fields, with contributions to governmental authorities, public and private policies regarding intellectual property, foreign investment. Additionally he participated effectively in the establishment and management of a wide variety of large and medium companies in the region and helped them to build many internal policies and strategies in various areas of businesses as well as drafting huge number of various contracts and agreements.
