Mr. Al- Nasser is listed as an Arbitrator with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), and as an Arbitrator and Mediator with the Saudi Centre for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA). Mr. Al- Nasser also is Fellow with the Chartered Institute for Arbitrators (FCIArb) and an affiliate member with the American Bar Association (ABA).

Mr. Al- Nasser has worked as a Judge and councilor for 17 years. During his judicial work, he was seconded by the Jordanian Judicial Council to United Arab Emirates Government as Legal Advisor to Abu Dhabi Executive Council, and Legal Advisor to Dubai Government Legal Affairs Department, representing and litigating on behalf of Dubai Government in all civil and commercial cases, filed for or against Dubai government before all courts and arbitration tribunals, In addition to other legal advisory tasks including legal consultations, legislation, and contracts drafting.

Moreover, Mr. Al-Nasser has provided legal consultation for Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and managed its legal affairs for over 7 years. Mr. Al Nasser holds BA degree and Master degree in Law from the University of Jordan, and LL.M (Cum Laude) in Comparative Law from Brigham Young University in USA. He also hold Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration, Oxford Program, CIArb, UK, Oxford University.
